Hi Nolan,
I tried something a little different. This may make it clearer, or probably more confusing. In CC User I changed the server setting to reject all states expect the ones I want (previously I had set it to accept only the ones I want).
CC User settings:
Here are the spot results inside CC User:
Log4OM reports no spots. Here is the Management Tab of the cluster:
