OK looks like I have lost all my contacts ,haven't been able to recover them, but did recover the database .

Hi Terry
I have followed the Emergency procedures ,and can't find anything .
I have re sent the File ,hopefully you get it this times I have sent it from another computer

I want to that you Terry for all your help in resolving the issues ,and taking the time on Teamviewer,and for optimising everything . No other application that I know of has such great service

Hi all I have the same thing. i can close the program and open it and it all good. But if i turn off computer I have to make a new database and reload my log. Have backup setup for two. I see the log in my. E:\LOGS\LOG40 logs\ve3ryi logbook.SQLite but it has 0 bytes and when I test it come up Database seems not valid. I did the emergence and I don't have the history folder.
I did a Generate Sapport request but where to send it?
