Problem uploading to LOTW

well AUTO upload to LOTW has not worked for me for 3 yrs, I have watched all of the vides, and tried all of the so called fix's I have seen here and online and Youtube, and I can STILL NOT get the Confirmation menu to SAVE the information on EXIT
make the settings, Press the Save Disk
then SAVE & EXIT the main menu
NOW MANUAL UPLOAD has also stopped working. ( Select Required, Upload Required from QSO Manager, NEW window opens, LOTW either ASITS and does nothing, or LOTW END.)
go to
QSO Manager
Select Required, UPLOAD Selected QSO,
LOTW window opens, it is either;
LOTW END
Or shows TQSL log in and all correct info, but will sit there for 2 days,

LOG4OM V 2.32.1.0 is version in use,

I do not understand why the Confirmations tabs will NOT save the settings, it is saving the SELECTED format, etc LOTW CLUBLOG etc ( CTRL + CLICK) but the preferences are not saved, from drop down box's
I need the procedure to make sure the Confirmations tab, EXTERNAL SERVICES tab, & QSO MANAGER tab correct settings to give this one more go please,
I have followed and done every single idea Terry has come up with,
To Old to be losing days trying to get this to fire,

any help appreciated otherwise look for another program,

YES ;
TQSL is Correct and updated, LOTW is working and live
all info required by TQSL is Correct and working
QTH and all other data is correct that is required by TQSL


I have tried TQSL INTERACTIVE MODE ON / OFF
all required links tested 100% &
working all data bases tested working
I generated an ADIF file signed it and used TQSL internal stand alone to upload qso's to ARRL LOTW
all worked 100%


I need a Basis working script from ;
Conformations thru the EXTERNAL SERVICES to QSL MANAGER help file,
as nobody covers the actual settings,
ambiguity REIGNS SURPREME,
I have been MANUAL uploading to LOTW for 3yrs because AUTO UPLOAD on EXIT just stopped one day and no amount of editing settings made one tic of diff.
Reluctant to UPDATE to lasted Version until I fix this first ? as same issue will follow on
