What the gentleman is asking for is that Log4OM remember the last date that a LOTW download was done and the next download would be from that date through the current date.
If this was done, it would have to use the last download date minus one or it would have to remember not only the date but also the time on that date. If the time is not also saved you could miss a few QSLs that occurred in the time gap. If I downloaded from LOTW at 12:01AM on the 10th of June and did another downloaded using the 11th as the next date, I could miss all QSLs between June 10 @12:01AM and June 10 @ 11:59.
In my opinion, if this is to be done, it should be at a low priority.
