I hope my request is related to this discussion but I have a latency problem linked to the internet provider, with the old provider where I download at 19Mps as soon as I enter the name or click on the cluester in 2/3 seconds the station data appears, I'm trying instead STARLINK where I have a download of 98/100 Mps but if I click on a clustered callsign or if I enter it manually it can take up to 35/40 seconds before all the data of the connected station appears. Does the same thing happen to anyone? I have the STARLINK antenna on trial but I am very inclined to return it

What is your PC connection to the router, wifi or lan cable?

sorry for the delay in responding.
The PC was connected to the STARLINK antenna in LAN. unfortunately, even after the checks and settings recommended by support, I did not solve the problem. I therefore changed provider and connection system, now it works well
