Hi Gaetano,

I have it working 100% OK on Win 7 64 bit, 32 bit and Win XP - I don't and will not use Windows 8

There might be some small differences, so I suggest checking the following:

1. Make certain that you are using FLRig version 1.3.15 or later
2. Try a different interface, it could be that the Microkeyer does not like Virtual Serial Ports?
3. Disable Windows "User Account control" (UAC) it can cause all sorts of issues
4. Temporally disable any firewalls and virus/malware protection to check if they are blocking something

Attached is a diagram of my set up and also a screen shot of it all working in synchronisation

Is it just me or does anybody else see Terry's attachments as corrupted?

Same here, attachments (screen shots) are corrupted.

This happened to most attachments at the time we changed to a new server

Unfortunately I don't have all of the items that were posted

Just wanted to check it was not something at this end. I have never even managed to see any of the images that you used to post in TIFF format via a link.
