I have an RF Space SDR-IP running with SDR Radio Consul so I understand the SDR/Spectravue setup!

I need the sort of information shown below to be able to offer useful advice, here is a description of my setup

Log4om RIG 1 set up

SDR IP connected via LAN to SDR Radio Consul (In your case probably an SDR receiver connected via USB to Spectravue)
Icom ProIII connected to com 3
Eterlogic VSP splitter Com 3 to Com 9
SDR Radio Consul connected to Com 9 using Omnirig
Log4om connected to Com 9 using Omnirig
FLDigi connected to Log4om via XML -RPC
FLRig connected to Com 9 via Omnirig

Log4om RIG 2 set up

RFSpace SDR-IQ connected via USB to SDR-Radio Consul
Icom IC7000 connected to com 11
Eterlogic VSP splitter Com 11 to Com 16
HDSDR connected to Com 16 using Omnirig
Log4om connected to Com 16 using Omnirig
FLDigi connected to Log4om via XML -RPC
