Not installed, thinking of just finding another logging programme, never touched any setting and this happens,

Your prerogative of course but by your own admission it was working fine and I have tested here on two computers and as you can see from my screen shot earlier it does a clean lookup!

Ergo something has changed your end, either by mistake or by external forces like a windows update, freshly installed software or perhaps a virus.

TeamViewer is a free download and requires zero knowledge on your part, alternatively send us a support request and we will check if we can see the issue without having to access your pc - see our user guide for instructions for sending a support request.

However if you feel enough is enough why not try HRD, WINLOG, DXLABS SUITE OR SWISSLOG all of which will accept the ADIF file you will need to export from Log4om.

Thanks i have have installed team viewer, i would be very grateful if you can have a look i have reinstalled log40m and uploaded log etc, still same , no grid or operator name.

Open TeamViewer and leave it open

Email me your user I'd and password to g4pop (at) arrl.net

Password is case sensitive so be vigilant

never touched any setting and this happens,

All on-line lookups were disabled in the config/info providers

I got same issue. No Gris is coming.

My config : L4OM, GridTracker, JTDX
Connections : ADIF 2236, JT 2238 (UDP forward from GridTracker)

I don't understand ..... :o :o
