SOTA Associations updated

Serbia has just joined SOTA and created a new SOTA association, see: http://www.sotawatch.org/reflector.php?topic=9811#84183
The SotaAssociations.csv has been updated for the next release but meanwhile please copy the two files attached to your:
C:\users\your user name\AppData\Roaming\LogOM folder and allow them to overwrite the existing files
The zip file contains the updated SotaAssociations.csv file plus the latest summitlist.csv which contains the new YU summit references
