Lost database

Hi all,
When started LOG4OM this morning, I found my database empty. It appeared that the directory where my SQLite file is stored seems to be corrupted and is no more reachable. I have a secondary backup where I can access the same file but as an SQL file it seems it can be imported again so that the log is restored. How can I convert it into an ADIF file so that I can import it again ?
Nothing found online or in the manual.
