Alert Managment: Add a Date Filter

Request: Add a Date Range Filter to the Alert Management Panel to operate similar to the Award Management criteria that sets Valid Date ranges.
Discussion: I utilize the Cluster Alert feature for wanted DX Spots, but also for Special Event spots such as 13 Colonies, Route 66, 12 Days of Christmas. The Special Events are annual events that use the same series of special callsigns year after year. The purpose of these Special Events is to work the entire series of call signs. Once a particular station is worked, it is no longer helpful to keep receiving alerts for those stations. The Alert Management panel has several filters that can be used to mitigate unwanted alerts. In this case, the "By Stats" filter tab offers several helpful options. The problem however is that previous years logged QSO's invalidate the alerts. As an example, if the "New ONE" criteria is selected, no alerts will be triggered for the specific callsigns worked in previous years. If a Valid Date criteria were incorporated, then the previous years QSO's would not be considered by the Alert Trigger.
