Log4OM

I have been using Log4om for about a year and must congratulate you on a terrific programme. One of best I have used! Since the last 3 updates I cannot get statistics and awards to open. Has anyone else had this problem and is it something that I have failed to set up correctly? I have it loaded on my netbook and also on a HP laptop both running win7. Both have this problem.
It was certainly working OK last autumn and I assumed that maybe this was a bug in the previous update that would be ironed out with the latest new version. Any ideas? Many thanks. Linda

I have just tried opening the Statistics and awards utility and it is not working here either - ver 1.18.1 quad core pc, 16gb ram, win7 64bit

Mouse over the Log4OM icon on the task bar and you should be able to see it there! It works ok here.

If i use the statistic and awards all looking fine here too. Opens up at the main screen

B.t.w. also Quad Core and Win7 Ultimate 64

I have seen this before where it appears not to open but in fact it's minimised to the task bar, hovering over the Log4om icon on the task bar reveals the minimised statistics window.

The problem seems isolated to just some computers and I think it might be Windows related

Its not happening here - I click on the statistics and awards tab in utilities, nothing happens, and nothing is showing hidden on the taskbar

Try a new download and install of L4O. First uninstall the older Version. Do the new install with admin rights ... Let us know the issue is resolved or not after this new install

Sorry to report Terry that the pane is not behind the Log4OM icon on the task bar and I've also just reloaded the programme as administrator after removing the original. Still no statistics.....thought I should check all the other menu options just in case there were other issues and I've discovered that Net Control doesn't appear either. Everything else appears to be working well.......

I removed all traces of L4O including registry entries, using a program called YourUninstaller, reloaded as administrator and all is now well - guess a registry key got screwed up somewhere along the line

Linda you may want to try that course of action
