New Install Problem

I have Log4OM working really fine on my main PC very excellent program.

I've now installed it on my Laptop, (Win7 64 bit), however I'm unable to get past the Setup Callsign field, ie callsign and locator fields are RED and I'm unable to input my call.
Because of this I cannot close the program normally and have to use Task Manager to close.

I did have a previous version of prog working and now the new version seems to load an old config file which is causing this problem, I can't find where this old config file is located to delete.
Tried uninstall and reinstall but problem persists

Any help pse?

The fields being red indicate that you need to input your information to proceed, have you tried entering your call sign and details or are you assuming that you cannot without trying?

Unless you copied your old config files to the new laptop they will not be on the new laptop and no config files will have been saved on the new laptop until you complete the station info tab and save it

Yes I try to enter the required fields, Call and Locator, but it will not accept these, and as I mentioned these fields are coloured red.
Then it's impossible to exit the prog. and I have to use task manager.

When you try to enter your call and locator do you see the text that you typed into the field or does no text show?

NO text shows it just remains Red.

Do you have Teamviewer on this laptop to enable me to troubleshoot live?

typing text into the fields is not possible so no point to save
