Is it possible to configure Log4om to automatically submit a spot when I press the Enter-key to enter a QSO into the log?

No that is not possible and I doubt if it ever will be!

This could be based on a "rare country list" made on the "MOST WANTED LIST", but in case of expeditions there could be a "flood" of the cluster with many spots made by users (log4om users) that connects to the station.
Maybe a self-spot if the station is in the top 50 and not previously on the cluster... but i'm very cautious on this

Please, please don't go there we implemented this some years back with HRD and had to remove it because every no account station in the world was being spotted!

It screwed the clusters royally and we had complaints from everywhere.

The feature, if implemented, certainly would have the potential for "abuse". The cluster is already infested with a large percentage of non-DX spots. Hmm, but on the other hand an uninteresting QSO may be a desirable DX contact for someone else. I've often wished Log4om would let me specify countries to ignore (not show in cluster). Especially during some contests the (unfiltered) cluster is rendered useless due to high percentage of local (non-DX) spots. (The "Remove Worked Countries / Keep Unworked Bands" filters are good, but I'd much better like to filter on a per-country level.)

You can filter by country and even state by using cluster filters on the cluster side.

Look in the Log4om user guide for VE7CC and the CC User setup - Page 104

I user that and I only see spots from the UK, all the continental spotters and the rest of the world are filtered out.
