Problem uploading to eQSL

I am sorry if this is a FAQ, but I couldn't fine one.

Every time I perform a QSL Management operation to upload to eQSL I am presented with the message for each entry:
Error NO MATCH ON EQSL_USER/EQSL_PSWD FOR DATE <the date and time of the QSO>

Performing a RealTime Log I get:
Begin qso upload: Call <details of call sign qso>
Begin EQSL row creation for call...
End EQSL row creation for call...
Upload link <url>%3cEQSL_USER%3a5%3e<my callsign>, various character, my paasword (in plain text) and my Nickname, followed by the QSO data
QSO upload compled for call...
NO MATCH ON EQSL_USER/EQSL_PSWD FOR DATE <the date and time of the QSO>

I've checked the Name (which I assume is my login name to eQSL), Password and Nickname that I use.

Is there anything else I can check or do?
I did use to use automatic upload, but that never seemed to work.

Any suggestions or advice will be welcome.

Martin,
Please enable debug mode in the options menu and then try to upload to eqsl - Without restarting the program please go to the "Show log" menu item and save the log

Then email it to me - DO NOT POST IT ON THIS FORUM BECAUSE IT CONTAINS SENSITIVE INFORMATION
