missing cluster trigger on filter at startup

really small issue
I normally leave two filters (remove worked country and keep unworked bands) on cluster window when I logout.
When I open the log agian and I go into the cluster window, the filter does not work even if early applied.
If I deselet the filter and I reselect it again the filters work as expected
