New POLL about monitor resolutions

Post by IW3HMH »

I would have some feedback about users in relation to MINIMUM RESOLUTION that you're using on your LOGGING PC.
Those informations will be used for Log4OM V2

Actual Log4OM supports 1024 x 600, i reserve myself choice to choose an higher "minimum resolution" if needed, following also your needs.
Please report minimum resolution that you're CURRENTLY using on device that are CURRENTLY in use and you have plans to mantain operative.
I'm not interested in the minimum resolution of your ultramobile PC with Windows 95 and a zero A/h battery :D

Thanks

Hi Daniele,

my machine can work with a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 but i think 1440 x 900 would be a fine option that a user can "read" something on a smaller monitor. I have a 22" flatscreen working here but i am also need eye glasses since some years so to small chars are not so fine

My suggestion would be not to limit application toward resolution.

Instead, make interface more customizable, so user may decide how to use available space.
