Log4OM

I tried to play with the awards manager but could not get it to work. In awards manager the file list is empty. How can I fill it. I uploaded the latest awards file but this did not change anything. What I am doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.

When updated restart Log4om

thanks for the quick reply. I did already what you suggested but no success. I get some strange database errors in the log. I dont know if this shows a problem. In the configuration folder I find the new awards xml files in the temp file. In the awards file are some awards (with old dates). Is this normal?

Try uninstalling Log4om, then do a fresh download and install of Log4om version 1.19 and see if the awards are restored

Yes there will be some old awards from the previous versions or ones that you may have created yourself in the past

It would be nice to know if a new download and install resolved the issue

I have the same problem as Olaf, a new download and install did not resolved this issue.

Go to the c:\.............\appdata\roaming\Logom\Awards folder and delete any awards that are in that folder

Restart Log4om and see if you now have an awards list

If not then send me the log file (help/show log) or complete the support request and send the resulting zip file to me
