Program won't install

Have tried several times to install the program. Get the same error message each time: "Error opening file System can't find specified path". Any assistance would be appreciated.

Are you saying after installing that that program launch from the installer gives the message?
Have you tried launching from the desktop short-cut icon?

Sounds like your Windows security settings are causing this, have you tried right clicking the install file and selecting "run as an administrator"?

Thanks for the reply. The error message occurs when I'm trying to install the download prior to the installation of the short cut icon or program and after right clicking and running as an administrator.

David,
This sounds like a bad download, please delete the original download and do a fresh download and install
If you were previously running a Log4om version prior to 1.19 you must uninstall the old version before installing the new one
Also check that you
don't have the Windows "Hidden Files and folders' set to "Don't show hidden files, folders and drives" because that could cause access to them to be denied
(Folder options/view/hidden files and folders)
