LOTW upload problem

I'm experiencing a problem in uploading to LOTW. (Downloading is FB)
I get an error: Error C:\USERS\Arthur\Appdata\Roaming\Log\LOTW\2015031310555.adi: There are no??? (I cannot copy the rest; the window cannot be adjusted in any direction.)
Signing aborted
Final status: TQSLLib Error (5)
An error occurred in tqslib (probably a bad file name.)
I rebooted the computer, that did not change anything.
Suggestions please.
