Log4OM

Hello everybody. I'm opening this topic to ask you a help.
I really enjoy using this amazing logging software. It's perfect and has everything I need.
I'm a QRZ XML subscriber since always. I always I auto upload my qso both on QRZ logbook and HRDlog.net

In 95% of cases the upload process goes by without any problem, but sometimes (seems random), a qso is not uploaded on QRZ Logbook.

How can I fix it? When I discover that a qso has not been uploaded on qrz logbook I always have to insert manually inside the qrz.com website.

Is it a common problem?

Please let us know your call sign so that we can know where you are located

Next time this happens go to the help menu and select "Show log" you will then get a text window which displays every action of Log4om including the QRZ upload and any error reports being returned from the upload.

If you can't understand the error report then email the text file to me

IMPORTANT: DO NOT PUT THE LOGFILE ON THE FORUM BECAUSE IT CONTAINS SOME OF YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION ONLY EMAIL IT TO ME OR ANOTHER ADMINISTRATOR

As soon as it happens again I will send you a pvt message including the error log. In the meantime I send you via PVT MAIL a report of the same situation happening uploading manually the qso not uploaded automatically.
