Local Call Sign Lookup Database

Is there a way to download a database and use this with Log4OM? I travel full time in my motor home and do not always have a reliable internet connection. I would like to be able to download a call sign lookup database for the times I have no internet and have it locally on a hard drive.
Is this possible?

It has been on our Mantis list for some time but as there has not been a high demand it was given a low priority

John
That's because he subsequently provided his call sign and I then changed his user name
I will delete my post to save further confusion

Is the QRZ.COM CDROM still available for purchase?
What other offline database are available for free and widely used?

QRZ database can be downloaded but depends on the subscription level
Hamcall is available
There are some other regional databases but not sure if there are anymore with international coverage
