Hello everybody. On my pc I have the portable version. I would like to know how can I update? I just copy and paste the new release files inside the old folder? What about settings?

Yes unzip the portable version to a location of your choice

Now copy and paste the files in the root of the portable you just unzipped into your original portable folder/drive and let it overwrite the old files

Do not copy and paste the "Config" folder

You can also overwrite the CONFIG folder (make a backup of the folder to avoid loosing your config if something goes wrong).
Overwriting the CONFIG folder will also update awards and all other files (if you don't have them up-to-date)
