Log4OM

I have just reformatted my computer & installed the latest version of Log4Om, i filled in all the settings that I used before, but there doesn't seem to be a database & when I try to create a new one ,I get an unhandled exception error message, any help would be very appreciated

are you using FILE -> New database and obtaining an exception?
can you reproduce the issue and go to HELP -> SHOW LOG and send it to me (iw3hmh @ pisto (.) IT)?
