Does Log4OM build a local database?

I've not got it running yet as no radio set up, but Log4OM does look like the one for me.
My usage will be base station and portable, so hopefully I can sync those.
My question is, does Log4OM build up a local database of contacts made that could be accessed via laptop portable with no web access?
Often my sites have no cell data coverage so I am 'on my own'.

Assuming you mean page 152 of 211 of Log4OM_enu.pdf I do see it says all PCs can be sync'd, which is good.
But I don't know if Log4OM will query past QSOs (from the local db not online) looking for information available on callsigns, eg location of previously worked calls, handy for swinging the beam round to them?
Page 51 seems to say it does, but I would just like confirmation.

Database is a local file on your PC (or usb key, if you like more), so will be everytime available for all needs.
What Terry said is that you can keep your database synced with other systems, but every instance that will access to the database file will have all the data.
You can easily move with your laptop and when you connect to the network again the database (if you're using dropbox/google drive) will be automatically synced up with the folder in your home computer.
Once the syncronization happens, you have the whole database in both PC.
Obviously you should use only one at time and be sure that both PC are syncronized before starting the application on the second instance.

Thanks for that.
Just to add, the program looks great, just starting to play and work out how to use it.
