"Check Call"

As a very new user of log4OM I fiddeled around and must say, it is an admirable tool for my shack!
Although reading the instruction maual I´m treading water...
As a member of different CW -clubs I would appreciate to recognize other members by typing in their callsign in the header.
My former logging program (logger 32) used an utility named "check call" which was very helpful that way.
So, is there anything equal with log4Om to create a simple database using textfiles?

Thanks in advance!

If you are refering to checking a call against a list of club members then no not at this time. However it is on our Mantis list

Yes some are, if I recall I added some links to the Mantis entry, if not I probably still have them

If permitted, I would suggest a personal impression concernig that subject:
A good number of OP´s are using N1MM´s contest logger in addition to the "main- logging program". In other words: Almost every club (in my case, and I think in others, too) provides according call history files including membership-number, and name, such like these: [url][/http://www.g4bki.com/club_call_history.htmurl]
It would be a great deal providing a customized column for several clubs e.g. user defined (depending on his / her habits).
Based on the users preferences he / she could insert a call history file to the created club...
Please take it as my personal impression. I know, all roads lead to Rome...
