Looking for SQL help

Hi Folks,

I recently started doing some diddling with the USA-CA award and found a common problem with a number of my old QSO records that I had originally created with another logger a number of years ago. Right now I have 140 records where the state is repeated in the county field. So for instance, instead of saying "CT,Litchfield", it says "CT,CT,Litchfield". It does match the LIKE pattern "__,__," Can anyone tell me a good query to correct this? It would be a real plus if I could correct the QsoAwards field at the same time -- e.g., change USA-CA@FL-FL-DUVAL to USA-CA@FL-DUVAL.

Many Thanks!

Have you tried applying the query that I provided in another thread about this matter?

Hi Terry,

Yes, as a matter of fact it was the first thing I did before anything else. I think my log was a bit dodgy in the first place. Nearly all of the log entries where the state was listed twice in the county field were from 2011 and earlier.

I originally logged my contacts with CQRLog, then moved over to HDRLog and have finally migrated to Log4OM. I think the problem was introduced while using CQRLog.

Cheers,
