When I downloaded the files, I first had difficulty unzipping into a separate folder. Then I got that done but was not able to install. The program installed about two thirds and then crashed. I have re-downloaded the material and tried to install it again but with the same results. Running Windows 7. Thanks

You need to install with administator priveledges - Right click on the instal file and select Install with administrator priveledges

Thanks Terry. I have been trying to right click the file but have not found a run as administrator choice. Windows often has another way. I assume that is after unzipping the file, although I have tried both.

Sounds like your logged in to your computer as a guest, or your Windows security is blocking you

So what is the problem? Does it not install, run, function correctly or what?

That is good Albert and it seems that 99.999999999999999999% of our users find installation if fine

Just for everyone's information I had a Teamviewer session with K5QPO and the downloaded file extracted fine and installed without issue first time I tried!
