Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but I cannot get a pdf file to generate in the Print Management step of printing labels.

I have follow all the instructions correctly, but sometimes When I click the "printer" icon in Step 3 nothing happens

Other times, I click the printer icon and a PDF is created.......Any help is appreciated!

Using version 1.22 on windows 10

There is an issue when you skip labels for printing in 1.22. Your description matches the behavior I had while skipping labels. That issue has been identified and I believe has been corrected and is beta testing.
