GMT time on QSL problem

Hello dear Friends
I am Apostolos SV1EDY and i have the following problem . I wish to print a QSL for a qso that i make for exmple at 23:00 Gmt. I try to print the card and the log show time 23:00 but when the pdf is created the time of the QSO is 11:00 * on the pdf - label . Is this normal ? Not 23:00 as is on log or not any AM PM symbol . The same with qso that i make 18:00 , on the log show 18:00 but the pdf show 6:00 and the star symbol...
Please any help ???

The time format that is displayed on the labels, depends on what you have set in the Windows Control Panel short date and short time settings - my settings provide this format
