import N1MM export file

Hi. Not too sure what I am missing in this process.....I tend to fill as much data in the edit window within N1MM for each contact made during/after each contest. When I export then import the file into Log4OM there is always some data missing. The contest exchange, the power setting are 2 that come to mind. Is this normal?

I seem to remember reading a reason why the distance calculation could not be done for imports....is there any chance this might be included in later revisions?

Rob
Please email you N1MM ADIF export so that I can see what's happening

Is this the latest version of N1MM or the old version?

Hi Terry.
Attached is the file for yesterday's Russian RTTY contest. The file was a standard ADIF export from N1MM+.

Checking the N1MM ADIF there is no information for the contest exchange in the file, like...

"SRX - Number = contest QSO received serial number
SRX_STRING - String = contest QSO received information •use Cabrillo format to convey contest information for which ADIF fields are not specified

STX_STRING - String contest QSO transmitted information"

Nor is there the ADIF TX power information....

"TX_PWR Number = the logging station's power in watts"

Strangely the RX power is present!!!!!!!

So it appears that the problem is the N1MM ADIF file?

For the complete ADIF definition list see http://www.adif.org.uk/304/ADIF_304.htm and compare that to the ADIF file headers in the ADIF file that you posted here either by viewing it in Notepad or ADIFMaster

thanks for looking into it Terry. I hope one of the many updates for N1MM+ catches it.
going forward I will look over the adif with an external program first, before uploading to Log4OM.
