I have a problem with displaing VFO with Log4OM. TRX conected via Omnirig with rigt *.ini file (FT-991.ini), and TRX is sure in simplex, but in Log4OM i have marked TX with VFO-A and TX with VFO-B:

Sorry, but our normal tech support guru is unavailable, I and others are filling in, but I don't have a Yaesu, so was hoping someone else with a Yaesu would offer a suggestion.
You say you are using the FT-991.ini file for OmniRig. Is your rig a FT-991? What version of Log4OM are you using?
What happens to the Log4OM frequency displays when you put your rig into Split mode?

No jokes, right *.ini file, Log4OM v. 1.23.0.0 with adm. privileges and quiet sure about my TRX.
When I put my TRX into split notching change. Freq. replacing only if I change VFO-A to VFO-B, but controls TX and RX still displaing as I screened.

I have exactly the same problem using FT-991, latest Omnirig which supports the FT-991 and Win 10 64 bit.. This means that when I post a Spot on the Cluster it records the VFO-B (incorrect) frequency. Can anyone advise if there is a fix?

Providing you are using the latest version of Omnirig and version 1.24 of log4OM you have done all that is possible, you should now ask Alex the author of Omnirig for advice because we did not write that software
We cannot test for you because we do not have that radio to test with

Hi, this is what we received from Omnirig...
Unfortunately it's a bit hard to "read" omnirig on software side, because of some assumptions that omnirig does and you should do too...
but rx and tx, if reported by the rig, are sent from Omnirig. I have no "chances" to differently read those informations, except if there is a bug in my code, but this bug should happens with other rigs too...
I think there is a glitch on Omnirig side

The rig ini file had errors and Simon G4ELI has assisted in correcting this.
Unfortunately Omnirig ini files do bot indicate which VFO is being used in split mode so there is no way for our software or Simons SDR-Radio program to obtain that information, however the FT991 ALWAYS USES VFO A to receive and VFO B to transmit when in split mode.
Try the attached FT991 ini file and report your findings please
