Stopped working

Log4OM has just stopped working. I had an earlier version and never really used it as I was happy with HRD. A friend suggested that I give it a go so I updated to the latest version. I managed to transfer my logbook from HRD to Log4OM. It was working for a little while but then it stopped loading and a windows message box pops up saying that a problem has stopped the program from working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times but still no luck. I am using windows 8.1
Help!!!!!

You need to completely uninstall Log4OM and re boot your computer then do a reinstall from a fresh download

Let me know if that fixes it otherwise I will Teamviewer into your computer and resolve he issue for you

Please download the free software Teamviewer and install it

Once you have installed it send me an email so that we can arrange a time for me to log into your computer

OK received it now and responded
