How to send IOTA alerts

I can't seem to get new IOTA alerts sent to my email and GROWL. No trouble with new band/country alerts. Can someone tell me how they set it up?

I'm working on... it's probably a conflict with another rule enabled by default...

A new alpha is under testing right now. Not ready for release yet (we need to add something more before releasing a new version) but we're on the way
