K5P contact upload to QRZ logbook

Good morning -
Per the subject, my K5P contact will not upload to the QRZ logbook while other, less exotic, calls will. I mentioned this in a QRZ logbook support thread and was blandly told to "contact the Log4OM developers".
I'm not sure that this is a Log4OM issue, as the upload only fails on this call and contact, but is there anything that we can do to root-cause this within Log4OM?
Thanks,
Mike - N8MSA

Was there any reason given for the failure to upload?

I don't see anything from Log4OM during the upload, positive or negative, and I'm not getting anything useful from QRZ:

Please create a support request as detailed here
http://www.log4om.com/log4om-support/
Then email me the report to g4pop (AT) arrl (DOT) net
DO NOT POST THE FILE ON THE FORUM AS IT CONTAINS SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Several things arise from the log file that you emailed me:
1. You are running version 1.23 you need to update to version 1.24
2. The program was not installed with 'Administrator Privilege's your MUST do that
3. There is no evidence of the actual QSO for K5P having been logged on the date that is displayed in the ADIF export 20160112 at 110051 was the QSO imported from another software program somehow?
4. Log4OM does not seem to have been restarted since the 11th of January, why is that?
5. You failed to include the ADIF file in the support request so I am unable to replicate your issue (This is an ADIF file of your complete log)
What program were you using before Log4OM ?

1- Will update tonight
2 - Since it wasn't installed with Admin privileges, will installing the update with Admin privileges satisfy this requirement?
3 - The logging of the contact with directly into Log4OM; the call and the frequency came from the Log4OM spot window. Just to be certain - the K5P contact was not imported from anything and was logged directly into Log4OM.
4 - It hasn't been restarted lately since the last time I rebooted the host PC; is this an issue?
5 - You didn't ask for it, so I simply didn't include it. I can mail it to you shortly.
My previous logging program was HRD Loogbook V6.2.XXX
Thanks,

Yes providing you right click on the install .exe and select run with administrator priveledges
4 - It hasn't been restarted lately since the last time I rebooted the host PC; is this an issue?
Not an issue but usually if there is a problem with software the first thing to try is restarting the program
5 - You didn't ask for it, so I simply didn't include it. I can mail it to you shortly.
Please email complete logbook - Preferably the SQLite file or a complete ADIF export

BTW you do realise that if you do not have a
paid subscription to QRZ or you will not be able to automatically upload using an API key, you must be an XML subscriber,
being a Ham Member is no good
We have asked QRZ to stop displaying an API key for members without a paid subscription to stop confusion but I don't think they have done so yet.
If you are only a Ham member you will have to export your QSO's to an ADIF file and do a manual upload on the QRZ web site

Update installed as Admin, obviously restarted...no change. Email with log sent.
I have an adequate QRZ subscription; I have uploaded right-clicking on the QSO in the past and am only having an issue with this specific contact.
