...meaning the highlight in the NOTE to identify SOTA, CONTEST or whatever expression you might have made that you would see in the Cluster (F9) tab.....using v1.24, the list for me is empty. What happened to the regular expressions?

I also have PSK spots coming up when on CW is checked.....even after the deleting of the previous file....is there a fix for this/

The check boxes for mode on the filters tab are independent of the highlights and custom highlights.

They filter dependent on the mode received from the cluster and/or the frequency against the band plan.

Also if you have digital checked at the same time as CW you will see both modes in the resulting filtered cluster spots
