ADIF import missing band info

Hi
I am trying to migrate from MixW using ADIF import but the exported adif from MixW only contains freq and not band.
Now all entries are without band and when I type a new call it says "NEW BAND" eventhough it is not.
Is there a way to get the application to update band from frequency?
