Entries Missing from DXCC

When I bring up the awards matrix for DXCC I show very little for worked or verified. I have approximately 1500 qso's. I clicked on a random blank in the matrix under various bands. On some a screen with qso's comes up with verfied entries?? I have tried this on multiple blanks and have had qso's verified or unverified come up. Some blanks do not bring up anything. It's like all the information is there but not being display on the matrix. The count on the dxcc matrix is way off also.
Please Help!

Unless you select 'Mixed' there will be QSO's that don't show in the matrix

Here are the screen shots i have gathered. I have taken a shot of the screen grid for awards under dxcc. Grid is blank dxcc count is low. click on a blank on the grid IE: alaska and qso appear. it does this under other award headings..

Barry,

I found the issue with your awards display. It appears you have some conflicting settings in your setup. Please contact me for a TeamViewer session.

In the meantime, check your Settings/QSL and Labels tab, make sure the default QSL Received is set to "N - no". In fact, I would recommend setting all of those QSL Defaults to "N -no".
