Hi,
after I installed 1.25 version, download icon in LoTW window is disappeared.
Now is impossible to download qsl from LoTW.
Computer is connected on internet and if I downgrade to 1.24 everything is ok.

Any suggestion?
I think this is a bug.

Onother precisation: in setting menu there is an option for call lookup but I see qrz.com box 2 times insteed of qrz.com and qrzcq.com

Please uninstall Log4om

Do a new download


Reinstall making sure you right click on the install file and select 'Run as an administrator

just downloaded, unistalled and reinstalled as administrator many times without success...

I tested 1.25 version on other pc with same problems.

Please let me know if this is a program bug or my problem...

Windows XP?

Windows 10 on all pc completely updated

I investigated around the bug.
What I see is like if right end of the download LoTW window is cut. Also disk save icon is missing.

Some problem in the properties of the object or in the video properties of the window?

Portable version on the same pc is ok, all the icons are visible.
The problem is in the standard version...

I found the problem
If I use italian language I have the problem with download LoTW.
If I switch to english US I see the icons and download works.

Portable version doesn't recognize internet connection and has same problem with download LoTW when italian language is selected.

So there is some problem with IT version

portable code is the same of the "official" one, comes from the same code compilation.

There is anything on your program log that reports issues?
