LOOKUP Greyed out

Log4OM 1.25.0.0 Win 7 32 bit.

I have the problem of greyed out 'Lookup' and 'Website', I am a QRZ XML subscriber. This used to work fine.

I have read a previous thread on this but cannot find a solution. Any help please?

Was this with a particular call sign entered into the call sign field or does it happen with all call signs?

Have you set up the lookup options in the Log4OM options/settings 1 tab

Hi Terry,

Just checked as you suggested, and details are present for QRZ.com...BUT Just remembered my Password Manager recently changed my Log in PW for QRZ.com but this was NOT changed in Log4OM. Entered new correct PW and now all is OK.

This could be also because you didn't have an internet connection active.
If Log4OM cannot resolve DNS for a predefined website (Google.com), it assumes the connection is not active.
You can force connection from settings _> options screen (first tab)
