DX Cluster for WAS?

Post by WA2SQQ »

Is it possible to add a field to the DX cluster display that could show the STATE for US stations? If it's possible, can stations be highlighted as "worked" and/or "confirmed"?

The short answer is yes we probably can but not in Log4OM version 1 because it is now on maintenance while we develop version 2

However you can achieve what you require already!

Method 1

Use the free CC Cluster program from VE7CC and connect to that cluster

http://www.bcdxc.org/ve7cc/default.htm#prog

Set the filters in CC Cluster to exclude worked states so that only call signs from required states are displayed

Connect Log4OM to CC User using the localhost with port 7300 (eg: 127.0.0.1:7300)

Now only the US stations that are in the states that you require will be displayed in the Log4OM cluster

Method 2

Using any of the DX Spider clusters set your cluster filters to accept/reject states as required

http://wiki.dxcluster.org/index.php/DXS ... ing_Manual

Again only the US stations that are in the states that you require will be displayed in the Log4OM cluster
