Log4OM

Can someone please advise on how to import another small log file made in Winlog32, into my main and already existing Log4OM logbook? I am scared of corrupting my existing log contact data!
Do I use File/Import ADIF, or "Merge" the import in the QSL Management section?

File/Import ADIF willadd any QSO's not already in the database and ignore any duplicates
