A few more minor changes to several country definitions. New file is date Aug 02,2013 (D)

Good work Chuck.
Don't worry about updates... updates will be downloaded automatically on fixed time intervals, if users won't force download.
Some fix are very very rare to catch on air, so work on all releases you want
