how do i set time my time is run adt 6 hour a head
like 1/29/2017 02:13.53
real time is 1/29/2017 0:14

Have you checked your Station Info in "Settings/Options" ?
Country, IARU Region and ITU/CQ zone must be correct.

Normally Log4OM is using the time of your PC and recalculate it to UTC time. Could also be possible that something is wrong with your PC time settings.

Log4OM has no seperate time settings in it´s options.
