Log4OM

I miss the old Winkeyer icon. I know it was removed on purpose. Is there a way to create a shortcut that I can pin to my taskbar, for example:

rundll32.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\IW3HMH\Log4OM>rundll32 LogOM.WinKeyer.dll",entrypoint.

I've been unable to determine the correct entry point or if this is even possible.
