I am going to be the location where our club will be using my radios along with the log4om software. I need help with the proper way to use it. If someone could provide me with some examples and maybe a schedule of what to do and when it would be appreciated it.

Just set up a new configuration and database in Log4OM with the clubs details and then when operators change just change the operator call sign in the Log4OM options.
Owner call sign - AH6TX
Station call sign - The clubs call sign
Operator call sign - Call sign of the guy that is currently operating the station - change as operators change
Don't forget to use whatever Online QSL system the club uses to the clubs information (eQSL, LOTW, Clublog etc)

Terry,
Thanks for your response. I have created a new database and new configuration.
However I cannot figure how to link them correctly without effecting my existing database and configuration.
Also can I rename the configuration.
Thanks

You cannot link two databases, you either let the club QSO's be added to your own logbook or save them to a separate dedicated logbook

I understand you can't link the databases together. I created a separate database and configuration, which I want to link together. This way everything done under that specific configuration for the contest will link to the new database.

OK
While in the configuration that you made for the club
Go to File/Open database and select the club database that you generated.
Restart Log4OM and the configuration should display the club database
If you then change back to your personal configuration it should display your personal logbook database
