Log does not recognize imported adif data

I had to import an adif file into the log. When I import the file, there are no errors and everything displays correctly on the Recent QSO log (F8).
However, if I go to edit any of the QSO's, the form is blank, only the call is filled out and none of the other fields. If I go to QSO Manager and perform a blank search, all the qso's show up. If I specify a date range, none of the imported QSO's show up.
Appreciate any tidbits!

Hi Gary,
When you open up the QSO's in QSO Manager, are you sure you are looking at the same QSO's as you imported? Do you see QSO dates in QSO Manager for those QSO's imported? I suspect the QSO's you imported may be at the end of the list of QSO's - try scrolling down to the bottom of the list of QSO's and see if you don't see some entries without dates?

Doug,
Thanks for responding. I've included some screen shots of the import and screens as well as the .ADI file.
When I import I get no errors and everything shows up on the Recent QSO list. I can sort by date and no issues.
When I edit one of the new QSO's all its fields except the callsign are blank or defaulted to a new QSO (time/date)
When I go to QSO manager and just press search, all the new ones show up as well as the old.
When I put in search criteria, only the original QSO's are found.
I have manually deleted the new qso's and have been able to duplicate the response each time.
REally appreciate your help.

Probably because the data like country name in you ADIF file is contained in an 'Aplication Specific' field not a standard ADIF filed
Log4OM and every other logging software will only recognise standard ADIF fields so where you have
<APP_LOGGER32_CNTY:6>MEXICO
it should be
<COUNTRY:7>Mexico
See the ADIF format at
http://adif.org.uk/305/ADIF_305.htm#Fields

Depends on the format and version of ADIF employed but the main message is that the ADIF file being imported contains many fields that cannot be interpreted as ADIF fields

Hello Gary,
As you are using the "ADIF to EXCEL to ADIF Converter by DL1HW" you should be able change your ADIF File to the correct format if you follow the link to ADIF Format as Terry indicated. It looks like you need to change the Country, Date and Time Formats then try again. Not too sure why the Country is also stored in the 'Note' field though you could probably delete it.

Gents, Thank you for pointing me in the right directions! The issue was with several fields.
The date / time fields were messed up due to my logging in excel with text in the time fields. For some reason Log40 accepted them without error and displayed it correctly on the Recent file log; but actually didn't recognize the date/time when you used the edit QSO or Manage QSO windows.
Other issues were with field names that I got from a couple of old spreadsheets found online (obsolete / proprietary?). I was able to look up the correct names/formats in the ADIF definition file and do some modifications to the formulas. I was able to download the file from DXlabsuite and then modify the formulas. If you want me to post the revised file send me a msg.
A long odyssey finished. (Broken Computer, Transefered everything to new computer, New computer failed and all my log info deleted by wonderful IT dept. (remind me to send them some hemlock packaged as medical marijuana for xmas)
Thanks Guys! I've just started using the program and I love it so far!

Keep your fixed ADIF log like gold, because it's your real data backup.
Log4OM will export standard ADIF Files so everything you load in Log4OM will be returned in ADIF until you decide to stay with us or try something else... and then return back
