hi
i love your log4mm great need to link to dm780 and will the best loging system in ham radio thanks

i have one bug i can not get to save dm780 qso in log4m or hrd logbook

Have you followed the instructions in the user guide?

Just tested and both methods work fo me

method1 load qso to hrd log book
ok will not load to log40m to log book
i like method 1 i wll work on method 2 some more ok

Sounds like Communicator may not be configured or is not running properly.

1) Check that Log4OM is running "as Administrator" if you're using WIn7 or Win8. This is necessary for Communicator to work correctly.
2) Second, check that you have configured Communicator properly (Pages 134 and 135 in the manual), not just DM780 (pages 136 and 137).

i am runing a kenwood ts 590s and window xp and hrd 6.1
method 2
said transmit failed connection. and to check that the hrd server was started and go to tool and select ip server

You must have the HRD IP server running to start this go to the tools menu in the main rig control window of HRD and select IP Server, start the service and check the box that says auto start or similar

hi have work dm780 and log40 on it for adt 2 week i can not get it to work it will send qso to log book that about all i can it do setup by manual for method 1 are 2 it lock up computer
