Log4OM

When I open the Statistics and Awards window, clicking Country/ QSO status grid only displays Afghanistan, with the count total of 1. The country is highlighted blue, but the band and overall flags are white squares with red crosses. Have I forgotten to set up part of LOG4OM? All help gratefully appreciated with this fine program.

You should see the address of your log in the bottom right of the main screen.

If this shows the correct address of your log please re-download Log4OM and reinstall the program. Also, uninstall Log4OM using the Windows Control Panel before installing the new program file.

If it shows the incorrect path to your log, go to File>Open Database and find your log.

Many thanks for the reply. Route to log4om is correct and the Country Status tab works ok. It is just the Country/QSO status grid tab that doesn't work. It was like this before I upgraded to v.1.15.0.0 and I was hoping the upgrade would fix the problem but it didn't.

Can you send me your program log after having opened the statistic screen?

I have sent you the log. It would appear there is an Arial Font error stopping the table from loading.

In some days i will send you a new DLL to replace the actual, in order to fix this issue.
But it's really strange, never saw before... seems your arial font doesn't respond to standard structure...

All solved. It would appear that Arial Regular font was missing from my installation. I went to the Microsoft web site and updated my European Fonts which installed Arial Regular and all is now working.
