52 States?

I'm starting to explore the statistics and awards section of Log4OM as I am now starting to chase some paper. I'm a bit confused on something. When I look at my WAS status it shows 52 states. Unless 2 more states were added to the Union when I wasn't looking, there are only 50.
They are on the last two lines. The first one is blank with state saying ***NOT FOUND*** and the second shows PE and ***NOT FOUND***
